Payments
Payments may be made through the approved payment methods shared on the website or directly by our team. Course enrollment is confirmed after payment verification.
Course Access
Upcoming course seats are confirmed after the enrollment form and payment screenshot are reviewed.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Digital products, downloadable courses, and completed service work may not be refundable once delivered.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to required platforms, and timely feedback so project work can be completed properly.
Intellectual Property
Client-owned brand assets remain the client's property. Custom automation workflows, documents, and deliverables become available to the client according to the agreed scope after payment completion.
Limitation of Liability
We work to deliver reliable automation systems, but we are not liable for third-party platform outages, API changes, hosting issues, or business losses outside our direct control.
